Selling - Terms & Conditions

Selling Terms & Conditions subject to change:    

1.1 Access Tickets will not guarantee purchase of any tickets submitted by the seller

1.2 Tickets submitted by the seller must have all the relevant information required by Access Tickets prior to an offer been made

1.3 Tickets purchased from seller must be valid and legal with proof of purchase (if required by Access Tickets) before payment being made

1.4 Tickets from seller cannot be box office collection

1.5 Seller’s can visit our offices during normal office hours to sell unwanted tickets, no guarantee will be given tickets will be purchased.

1.6 The selling Member Agrees to deliver the exact tickets submitted at the agreed price in time to be posted out to buyer prior to event date.

1.7 All Tickets purchased from seller by Access Tickets must be sent to 201 Victoria Street London SW1E 5NE before any payment is made. Access Tickets will not be held responsible for tickets lost in post posted by seller.

1.8 All tickets must be posted by seller using registered post with a tracker number

1.9 Payments will be made within 48 hours of tickets been received

1.10 Cancellation. Any cancellation made by the seller after a agreement has been reached will result in a administration and cancellation fee of up to £150

1.11 Restricted View or other restrictions. You are required to provide any additional information, which is printed, on the tickets related to restricted view, family section, no alcohol permitted, concessions, etc.

1.12 Seating Arrangements. All tickets listed in a single listing must be seated together.

1.13 All data Received by seller is covered by Access Tickets privacy policy

1.14 Access Tickets reserve the right to cancel agreement at any time after tickets are received at our offices
