After a summer of playing festivals such as Glastonbury and Bestival, Florence is taking to the stage a London’s Alexandra Palace in September. The South-London singer will showcase her amazing voice along with her band with various songs from their brand new album ‘How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful’. Florence and the machine came to the nations attention in 2009 with the release of their debut album ‘Lungs’, from this album came many a well known singles such as ‘A Kiss With A Fist’, ‘Cosmic Love’ and the number one hit ‘You Got The Love’, which later became known as ‘You Got The Dirtee Love’ a collaboration between Florence and London Hip-Hop artist Dizzee Rascal which hit the top of the UK charts after their first performance of the single at the 2010 BRIT awards.
Their next album didn’t come until 2011, but the band still managed to maintain their successes with singles such as ‘Spectrum (Say My Name)’ a very big hit for the band. All has gone quiet until now, with their new album release, 2 BRIT awards under their belt and an astounding voice and iconic sound this is going to be a unbelievable night and one not to be missed.
